Job Description
Job Responsibilities
-Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
-Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
-Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices, especially for food and beverage items.
-Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and basic food safety standards.
-Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply.
-Supervise warehouse staff and daily work.
-Handle damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory.
Job Requirements
-Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
-Minimum 2-3years of warehouse or inventory management experience; F&B / FMCG preferred.
-Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control.
-Basic team supervision experience.
-Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory system).
-Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
