Job Description

  • Customer Success Management:
  • oDevelop and implement strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • oEstablish and maintain strong relationships with VetCheck clients.
  • oDrive product adoptions through training and activating new customers
  • oIdentify customer goals and work with them to deliver set up
  • oAnalyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Retention Strategies:
  • oDevise and execute initiatives to minimize customer churn and increase lifetime value.
  • oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
  • oConduct regular customer “check in” meetings
  • oIdentify, manage risks or issues for customers
  • oRun webinars and workshops on product features and other veterinary related topics
  • oDevelop tools such as blog articles, checklists to add value to VetCheck clients
  • Software Training:
  • oDesign and conduct training sessions for clients on our software products and new features.
  • oDevelop training materials and documentation to support user education.
  • oProvide ongoing support to ensure clients are proficient in utilizing our software solutions.
  • Feedback Analysis:
  • oGather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • oCollaborate with product development teams to convey customer insights and contribute to product enhancements.

Your skills

  • Track record of high achievement in customer service, training, technical account management, professional services consulting
  • Problem solving capabilities and strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the veterinary industry (highly desirable)
  • Highly self-driven to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Extremely organized and focused
  • Problem-solving and experience in streamlining workflows
  • Friendly phone manner, naturally empathetic, and resilient
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Passionate about technology and the veterinary industry
