Job Description
Mina Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of airline reservation systems, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and customer handling.
The candidate must be able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle airline ticket reservations and bookings
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations
- Operate GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records
- Provide professional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Male or Female candidates can apply
- Experience in GDS ticketing systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
- Knowledge of airline reservations, reissuance & cancellations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous travel industry experience is an added advantage
