Position: Student Advisor
Location: Remote (based in Jaffna or Colombo)
Type: Part-time / Full-time

What You’ll Do:
- Advise students on academic programs, scholarships, and application processes
- Assist with document preparation, submissions, and follow-ups
- Conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups with students and parents
- Support marketing initiatives and content creation to reach new students
- Maintain records and track student progress
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhala (verbal & written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about education and helping students succeed
- Ability to work remotely and independently
