Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Kandy / Remote (Sri Lanka)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: LKR 80,000 - 150,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily content posting across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Design thumbnails, graphics, and visual content using Canva
- Track performance metrics and provide detailed analytics reports
- Identify what content is working and recommend strategic improvements
- Guide our next steps based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with our content director, editor, and performance marketer
You're Perfect If You Have:
- 2+ years managing social media for education/recruitment/service businesses
- Strong Canva skills and eye for design
- Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook analytics
- Proven track record of growing engagement and conversions
- Ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
- Experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills; German language knowledge is a plus
