About the Role:
You will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional and welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, showcase our products' features, and guide them towards a purchase they’ll love.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers with a positive and professional attitude.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and highlight key features.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up on potential leads.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Ensure the showroom remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Who We Are Looking For:
A Charismatic Communicator:Fluent in English with excellent conversational skills. You can build rapport easily and make anyone feel comfortable.
A People Person:You have a genuinely outgoing, cheerful, and helpful personality.
Basic Experience:6 months - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, sales, or similar). Fresh graduates with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply!
A Quick Learner:Eager to learn about our products and sales processes.
A Team Player:Collaborative, supportive, and positive with colleagues.
Driven & Ambitious:You are motivated by targets and enjoy the thrill of closing a sale.
