Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead. The Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in Software Development
• Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership
• Strong skills in Programming and Web Applications
• Able to architect complex systems that are maintainable and scalable
• Expertise in agile software development methodologies
• 4+ years of experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET, and/or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience in delivering enterprise-level software solutions is a plus.
