Job Description
We are looking for Senior Software Engineers to join our Research and Development center in Colombo. You are required to work with the Technical Leadership team to design and develop Healthcare Solutions based on Java technologies.
Responsibilities
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in design and development using Java and JEE technologies
• Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable and work in a dynamic environment
• Be self-motivated and motivate team members
• Be a good team player
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of design patterns and integration
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, or relevant degree from a recognized University
Understanding and experience in the following areas would be an added advantage
• EJB3, Spring, Hibernate
• HTML5, JavaFX, Java Swing
• Maven, Subversion, GIT, Jenkins
• Experience in Agile based methodologies such as Scrum/XP, Kanban
• Exposure to working with remote development teams
• Previous experience working with foreign clients in a similar capacity
