Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and

lead generation.

? Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their

needs and providing tailored solutions.

o Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote

our paper products.

? Sales Execution:

o Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and contract terms.

o Close sales deals and ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

? Market Analysis:

o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new

business opportunities.

o Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, product demands, and

potential areas for growth.

? Reporting and Documentation:

o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

? Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Willingness to travel.

? Strong understanding of sales processes and customer profiling.
