Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business decision-makers and has experience selling technology, software, IT services, SaaS, telecommunications, or related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns.
- Meet monthly pipeline and activity targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, SDR, BDR, or inside sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, VoIP, telecommunications, cloud, or IT solutions.
- Experience selling to US-based customers.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
