Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, Events, and other services.
Build strong B2B and B2C relationships to attract corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure brand consistency and guest satisfaction.
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
