Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Process online and in-store orders.
- Create and publish social media content.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage product listings on our website and online marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Support sales activities and help grow the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala (English is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Canva.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet applications).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not essential.
