Position: Credit Collector
Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment issues.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely cash flow.
Prepare reports on collection status and client accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in credit collection, finance, or related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
