Job Description
A new real estate company looking for Real Estate consultants to start operation in Sri Lanka.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. The ideal candidate must have a passion for real estate and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify suitable properties that meet the client’s needs
- Provide expert advice on property prices, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Arrange viewings and assist clients during negotiations and closing of transaction
- Keep clients informed of new properties that meet their requirements and market trends
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Min 2 years industry experience
