Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer personalized medical care, including managing transfers, medication management and daily care, tailored to the client's specific health needs.
- Monitor vital signs and health status closely, documenting changes and communicating them timely.
- Travel alongside client back and forth frequently as and when needed.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patients maintain a high quality of life and personal dignity.
- Manage intermittent catheterization in a sterile way.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of hospital experience working with wheelchair bound patients and has worked in ICU or Urology.
- Proficient in English communication and flexible in travelling.
