Planning Coordinator (Senior Draftsman)
We are seeking a talented "Senior Draftsman" to join our growing team.
This is a key role where you will manage the design operations and the team under the Principal Designer.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
*Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings from the Principal Designer's sketches.
*Coordinate and manage the in-house team.
Qualifications (Who You Are):
*Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural drafting/design (more experience is highly welcome).
*Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp.
*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
