Qualifications & Experience
Age below 30 years.
Experience in working in a Call Centre set up
A diploma or degree will be an added advantage
A sales driven individual
Ability to create trusted relationships with customers and debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
Ability to communicate with judgment, diplomacy, and tact with customers from various backgrounds.
Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
Ability to be patient and resilient when dealing with customers.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English & Sinhala.
