REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Sinhala/Tamil)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes for team
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Manage infrastructure operations and facility maintenance
- Manage employee administration, contracts, insurance and documentation
- Develop salary structures, care packages and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Oversee daily operations, internal workflows and cross-team coordination
- Build and maintain a positive, mission-driven corporate culture
- Coordinate accommodation, food and logistics
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and organizational standards
