Operations Manager – FMCG Retail & Distribution
Chelsey Chicken & Agro (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing poultry retail and distribution company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our retail outlet and delivery operations.
This position requires a disciplined operational leader capable of stabilizing and systemizing current operations, followed by scaling operational capacity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail outlet operations and performance
- Manage delivery dispatch, route planning and logistics efficiency
- Monitor inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Reduce wastage and improve operational productivity
- Lead and supervise retail and delivery teams
- Implement SOPs and performance KPIs
- Authority to restructure processes and improve staff performance where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG / Retail / Food Processing / Distribution
- Proven experience managing teams in high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management
- Experience handling daily dispatch environments
- Strong leadership, accountability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
