ABOUT JOB ROLE:
POSITION: OFFICE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (Night Shift)
LOCATION: CHILLAW – SRI LANKA
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to work according to standard US hours and
calendar.
Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year
in an Administration & Social media marketing role.
RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience is a
strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate to
advanced Excel skills required.
Excellent people management and team-building
skills.
High ethical standards and professional
integrity.
Proven ability to work with foreign clients.
Fluent in English ( Reading / Writing / Speaking
)
RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB PROFILE:
? Ensure client accounts are managed efficiently, and targets are consistently met
? Serve as the key liaison for clients, ensuring issues are resolved and updates communicated.
? Collaborate effectively with internal teams and build strong professional relationships.
? Maintain KPIs and service levels throughout the client lifecycle from onboarding to steady-state operations.
? Support and guide team members to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
