- Three passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination and Credit Pass for English in G.C.E. O/L Examination
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Sinhala
- Sound knowledge in MS Office packages
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
- Energetic, Friendly and outgoing personality
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to handle all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Knowledge in Graphic Designing,Social Media and Management skills, Experience in event coordination will be added advantages
