  • Three passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination and Credit Pass for English in G.C.E. O/L Examination
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and Sinhala
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office packages
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
  • Self motivated with a positive attitude
  • Energetic, Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to handle all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Knowledge in Graphic Designing,Social Media and Management skills, Experience in event coordination will be added advantages
