Vacancy: Import & Export Marketing Executive / Trainee
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Import & Export Marketing Executives. We also welcome Trainees who are eager to build a career in international trade and marsingketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for import and export operations.
- Support in identifying new international clients, suppliers, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
- Prepare and assist in handling export/import documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, etc.).
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain good relationships with local and overseas partners.
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in import/export, shipping, or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates/trainees with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation is a plus (training will be provided).
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email correspondence).
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
