Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our business growth through effective lead generation and telemarketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential customers. Key Responsibilities:
-Generate qualified leads through various marketing and outreach activities -Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries -Maintain and update customer and lead databases -Identify customer needs and communicate product/service value clearly -Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities -Coordinate with sales and management teams to improve conversion rates -Prepare basic reports on lead generation and call outcomes
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) -Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage -Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus) -Confidence in handling phone calls and customer interactions -Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets -Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
