About the business:
Amor is a small three-story hotel located on the coast of Balapitiya with 11 bedrooms and a wedding party room and dining hall combined in one. We are in an ongoing construction and expected to be finished in June. It is a family-owned business and we are therefore very keen to have the right person in the right place.
Good communication skills in English, Sinhala, If you know Tamil & computer knowledge it will be an advantage.
The one we are looking for:
In the beginning, we will not be able to offer a large salary, therefore it will be provocation-based. we welcome both female and male applicants. We want someone with long-term vision and goals, who can help us grow. we would like to see that you have good knowledge in English, Sinhala, If you know Tamil & computer knowledge it will be an advantage.
You will be part of the management team and ensure that we use each other's experience and knowledge to take the company to the next level. We also see that you are a team player and that we should strive towards the same goal.
If you have experience of having run a hotel, or have sales experience, it is meritorious but not a requirement. We would like you to have a university education.
