Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to support our broker network.
As a Loan Resolution Officer, you will:
- Work closely with brokers and their customers
- Speak directly with customers to understand their loan concerns
- Identify issues affecting loan approvals or settlements
- Assist in resolving loan-related problems efficiently
- Guide customers through the resolution process
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
This role requires confidence in speaking with customers and the ability to explain financial matters clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Understand customer loan situations and gather required information
- Coordinate between brokers, lenders, and internal teams
- Help resolve documentation or eligibility issues
- Provide updates to brokers on customer cases
Ensure smooth and timely loan processing
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
- Basic understanding of finance/loans (preferred but not mandatory)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, finance, or BPO is an advantage
