???? WE ARE HIRING – JUNIOR ENGINEERS / PROJECT COORDINATORS
TRION ENGINEERING (PVT) LTD – Colombo
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team immediately.
Key Requirements:
- -Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or Facilities Management
- -1–2 years of relevant industry experience
- -Exposure to BS 8110, BS 5950, NFPA 70 (NEC), CIBSE guidelines, and Local Authority regulations
- -Valid driving license
- -Strong communication and reporting skills with fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- -Ability to read Architectural and MEP drawings
- -Computer literacy (office packages) and knowledge of CAD software
- -Familiarity with estimation, measurements, and BOQs
- -Residing in Colombo (North / Central preferred)
- -Ability to join immediately
Added Advantages:
- -Experience in consultant-side / client-side projects and familiarity with project management and estimation software
- -Exposure to Electrical, PABX, ACS, FAS, ELV, Solar, HVAC, and Waterproofing works
- -Knowledge of PMBOK, FIDIC, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, IEC 60364, ASHRAE guidelines, and SLS standards
