CHILL MONKEY – HIRING STALL ATTENDANTS
Join a fun, fast-growing beverage brand operating at Colombo railway stations!
Position: Stall Attendant
Locations: Kollupitiya, Wellawatte, Dehiwela, Olcott Mawatha and different work timings and days.
Salary & Benefits
* Basic Salary: LKR 50,000
* Monthly sales-based bonus
* Overtime paid separately
* Annual gift (Christmas / Sinhala New Year)
Working Schedule
* 5 days per week
* 9 hours per day (shift-based)
* Weekend off-days (subject to operational needs)
Key Responsibilities
* Serve beverages (agua fresca, tea, coffee, desserts)
* Handle customer transactions (cash/POS)
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the stall
* Manage daily stock and report shortages
* Deliver fast, friendly customer service
Requirements
* Experience preferred (not required)
* Basic English is an advantage
* Friendly, energetic, and reliable
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong discipline with cash handling and time
* Females preferred
