We are looking for Human Resource Manager (preferably female) to join our family and support our group HR head and oversee the HR administration functions.
Job Responsibilities:
> Ability to work in a digital HRMS platform and facilitate modern HR practices
> Designing and implement company polices and setting objectives for the HR functions within in the group.
>Plan, implement and manage the overall talent acquisition strategy
> Monitor HR metrics (turnover rates/cost-per-hire) and organize learning and development programs
>Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
>Have a comprehensive understanding on all training solutions available in apparel and other industries
Job Requirements:
> 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
> 3-5 years of experience with HR software such as HSENID, CEMEX or similar HRIS platforms
> Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation, training & development etc
> Solid understanding of labor legislation laws and industry related laws
> Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (Master’s degree in human resources or relevant certification will be an added advantage)
> Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Sinhalese
> Proficient in MS Office
