Job Description
HR Executive wanted.
University Degree in Human Resources Management and equivalent experience of more than 2 years.
Age limit 25-40 years
Has a broad knowledge of Labor Laws in Sri Lanka.
Ability to handle human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
Prepares payroll by calculating pay and maintaining payroll records.
Provides orientation for new employees.
Experience working with HR Software and some technical abilities.
A team player and strong collaborator.
Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Strong skills in running HR reports from HR platforms.
Evidence of self-motivation and a proactive approach.
