Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR and Administration, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field (AAT or PQHRM is an advantage).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Mhub is a plus) and Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and handle administrative challenges independently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for reporting to management.
