Synergy GCC is currently recruiting Helpers for a reputed company in the United Arab Emirates. We are seeking physically fit, hardworking, and dedicated candidates to assist skilled workers in daily operations and support various construction, warehouse, and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers with daily operational tasks.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Support installation, maintenance, and general labour activities.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety regulations.
- Handle tools and materials responsibly.
- Assist with packing, lifting, and transportation of materials.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a helper is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good discipline and work ethic.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 950–1,000 per month
- Working Days: 6 Days per Week
- Duty Hours: 10 Hours per Day
