Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for operations? Join our dynamic team as an Operations Executive and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities.
- Provide timely support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
- Handle data entry and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Use MS Excel and Google Sheets to analyze and manage operational data.
- Ensure operational processes are completed within defined timelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
