Job Description
We are an Education Agency based in Australia, recruiting international students to study in Australia. We currently have two vacancies and would like to join new members for our small team in the Sri Lankan branch located in Gampaha.
JOB ROLE: RECEPTIONIST
About you:
- Age: between 18-22 years old (Female)
- Education:
- Passed G.C.E.O/L
- Certificate/ Diploma in Business, IT, or any other related field
- Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in an office environment.
- Previous experience in reception or admin roles will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with clients, and third parties.
- Good knowledge of English speaking and writing.
- A team-focused attitude.
- The applicant needs to live close to Gampaha town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including greeting clients and organizing meetings.
- Handling incoming calls and email correspondence
- Online Appointment scheduling for clients
- Student Registration.
- Operating office equipment (computer, printer, scanner, etc)
- Assisting in creating Marketing materials
- Filing and other administration duties
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
What we Offer:
- Full-time role, job start in January 2025.
- Work days:
- Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
- When required needs to be available to work on Saturday.

- Salary: Rs: 18,500 to 25,500+ commission and bonus
