Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on bulk hiring and talent sourcing. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle bulk recruitment requirements across multiple departments.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview processes.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events such as job fairs and career expos.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a professional qualification in a related field from a recognized university/institute.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with exposure to bulk recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
