Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on bulk hiring and talent sourcing. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle bulk recruitment requirements across multiple departments.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview processes.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.

Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on relevant platforms.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.

Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events such as job fairs and career expos.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a professional qualification in a related field from a recognized university/institute.

2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with exposure to bulk recruitment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment platforms.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
