About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced driver, preferably aged 40 years or above, to support our daily operational transport needs within Kandy and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes, demonstrate safe driving habits, and maintain a respectful and professional attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company staff and guests safely to assigned locations in and around Kandy.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Assist with small errands or field visits when requested.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Report vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements
- Age: 40 years and above (preferred).
- Experience: Proven driving experience with good knowledge of Kandy and nearby routes.
- License: Valid Sri Lankan driving license (car/van).
- Language: Basic spoken English will be an advantage.
- Other: Punctual, honest, and well-mannered individual with good communication skills.
Work Conditions
- Based in Kandy (local routes only).
- Flexible working hours, depending on operational needs.
- Occasional short outstation trips if required (rare).
