We are hiring a customer service support representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

As a customer service support representative, you will collect debt via telephone in a call centre environment manually or using an automatic telephone dialling system to contact delinquent clients with regard to their outstanding accounts. You'll establish rapport with the indebted customer in order to overcome objections and secure payment of the debt.

Qualification:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Comfortable using computers.
