Job Description

We are a Canada based company providing Call Centre services to Canadian Clients 24/7 (Parent Company in Canada) which is ISO certified and has won the Top choice Janitorial services in Canada 2022. We are looking for experienced, dynamic, self-motivated, and qualified individuals to join our Sri Lankan team for the position of Customer Support Executive.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Preference will be given for those who having experience in Call Centre customer care practice.

Fully/Partly qualified Diploma or Graduates.

Experience in Excel and any Customer support packages is a definite advantage.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Tamil.

Previous experience in managing/leading a team

Excellent in managing customer grievances

Working Hours

You are required to work on roster shift basis (Two days off per week)
