Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality customer service by responding to inquiries efficiently and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns and communicate them to relevant teams for improvement.
  • Offer technical support for all website and mobile application related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously learn to keep up with changes and developments in services and procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company customer data and information.

Requirements:

  • 20-35 years old candidates are considered. 
  • A Diploma, bachelor’s degree or above preferred. 
  • Willingness to work according to a shift-based schedule.
