- Offer technical support for all website and mobile application related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Continuously learn to keep up with changes and developments in services and procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company customer data and information.
Requirements:
- 20-35 years old candidates are considered.
- A Diploma, bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
- Willingness to work according to a shift-based schedule.
