Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending Customer Queries via our online Portal.
  • Attention to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Strong personal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle challenges with confidence and precision.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting with our customers
  • Computer Hardware, Software, and Networking skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Age: 25-30 years
  • Education: G.C.E. (O/L or A/L) with a Diploma (NVQ Level 3 or 4)
  • Knowledge: Computer hardware, networking, and software installations and Maintenance is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar field with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Sinhala and English language is essential
  • Having a Valid Motor Bike license
