Key Responsibilities:
- Attending Customer Queries via our online Portal.
- Attention to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Strong personal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Conduct on-site troubleshooting with our customers
- Computer Hardware, Software, and Networking skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Age: 25-30 years
- Education: G.C.E. (O/L or A/L) with a Diploma (NVQ Level 3 or 4)
- Knowledge: Computer hardware, networking, and software installations and Maintenance is a plus
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar field with strong troubleshooting skills
- Sinhala and English language is essential
- Having a Valid Motor Bike license
