Job Description

How You Will Contribute:

  • Manage customer inquiries primarily through email/text, with only 10% of communication handled via phone.
  • • Maintain and update internal systems to ensure all information is accurate and current.

    • Perform general office duties such as data entry, file management, and maintaining digital records.

    • Prepare and edit documents and reports as required.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Previous experience in a similar role is not required but a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and quick to learn new tools.
  • Well-organized, great at managing time, solving problems, and paying attention to details, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, flexible, and able to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
