Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Manager to join our team at our kite camp in Kalpitiya. You will work in an international and dynamic environment, surrounded by nature and people passionate about kitesurfing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
  • Make sure guests have everything they need during their stay
  • Prepare invoices and manage payments
  • Communicate with customers before and during their stay (in person, WhatsApp, email)
  • Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, kite school) to ensure excellent service
  • Keep records updated in Excel and assist with basic admin tasks

Requirements:

  • High level of English (spoken and written)
  • Most of our guests are from Europe, so it’s important to have good communication skills and feel confident interacting with international clients
  • Friendly attitude, responsible, and well-organized
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Being from the Puttalam area is a big advantage
