Customer Sales Support Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
Assisting in achieving the set monthly targets of sales executives.
Solicits new prospects through cold calling on existing clients.
Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of customer service.
Competencies and Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Possess good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels internally or externally in a professional and responsive manner.
