WANTED THE BEST FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP ASSISTANT - LEASE -7 ADMINISTRATION.

Assetline Leasing Company Ltd, a specialized leasing company and a member of the David Pieris Group, is looking for young individuals with potential and ambition who will contribute to the Company's growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

*Collect and file all mandatory records / documents related to facilities granted and dispatch the files to head office.

*Arrange supplier's payment documents accurately and submit those to the head office timely.

*Hand over the Extract, Insurance, Certification of Registration and other deletion documents to customers.

*Update the inquiry menu accurately and measure the level of services offered to each customer.

*Follow up all arrears contracts on daily basis.

*Maintain all registers accurately with updated information.

*Perform duties of a relief cashier as and when required

REQUIREMENTS 

*Completed G. C. E. (A/L).

*Certificate or training obtained from a recognized institute covering the job scope mentioned above.

*Minimum of 1 year working experience in lease administration/documentation activities. Prior experience in a similar capacity / job role in a reputed organization preferably in the Banking or Non-banking finance industry will be an added qualification.

*High proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong aptitude for using computers.

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (must be bi-lingual).
