Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth transition for new customers after the sales process. You will serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, training, implementation coordination, and early adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Conduct onboarding calls and product walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams.
  • Assist clients with platform setup and configuration.
  • Ensure successful adoption of products and services.
  • Monitor onboarding milestones and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation.
  • Escalate technical issues when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, account management, implementation, or client services.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, AI, telecommunications, VoIP, CRM, or technology companies.
  • Experience supporting US-based clients.
  • Basic technical understanding of software platforms and integrations.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer success platforms.
