Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth transition for new customers after the sales process. You will serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, training, implementation coordination, and early adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers.
- Conduct onboarding calls and product walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams.
- Assist clients with platform setup and configuration.
- Ensure successful adoption of products and services.
- Monitor onboarding milestones and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation.
- Escalate technical issues when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, account management, implementation, or client services.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, AI, telecommunications, VoIP, CRM, or technology companies.
- Experience supporting US-based clients.
- Basic technical understanding of software platforms and integrations.
- Experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer success platforms.
