Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation

About the Role

You will drive the commercial strategy with the wider CX and SP&D (Strategy and Program Deliver) teams using the data and insights consolidating one version of the truth and being able to present it in a simple and concise manner.

For the CX team to deliver better consumer experience, automate consumer-based actions and closely track pre/post interventions in an automated way, you will drive CX and VOC systems and data solutions!

You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining an environment suitable for rolling-out data science and machine learning solutions within the organization. This includes coordinating cooperation and communication between the commercial departments locally and regional/headquarter Consumer Data teams and other departments in other markets.

You’ll be working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize the key business questions to be answered through various analysis and data science solutions. You will be doing this by developing and maintaining algorithms and automated dashboards for various purposes such as: user classification, automated forecasting, clustering analysis, user sentiment analysis, advanced performance reporting, business insights generation etc.

You’ll be able to drive the main strategic directions for the business by proactively exploring data and suggesting data-driven solutions. You will be proactively analysing business performance and communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

As a CEO you’ll lead a team of data scientist/analysts and provide them with technical, theoretical and business acumen mentorship and support.

We are looking for someone with an established track record in a similar role ideally in the area of consumer data analytics and data science.
You have extensive experience in building and developing highly efficient data teams. You have demonstrated the ability to analyse data and to draw insights that shape business decisions showing clear business acumen, commercial understanding and consumer centricity.

You are someone with strong influencing and collaboration skills that can think strategically and is interested in keeping constant pace with understanding latest data science/machine learning solutions and securing high expertise. This includes reading case studies, attending seminars, courses etc.
