Key Responsibilities

meals
- Develop seasonal menus featuring fresh, local ingredients
- Blend Sri Lankan flavors with European-style plant-based fusion

- Maintain excellent standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Manage inventory and cost control effectively
- Collaborate with the retreat team to ensure seamless service
Candidate Profile
- Certified chef with professional culinary training
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience (in
compliance with Sri Lanka Tourist Board requirements)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated passion for healthy, plant-based cooking and
openness to learn
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a proactive team player
