Job Description
We are hiring for an International Call Center in Colombo 04.
The Sales / Senior Sales Representative's role would be to close sales deals over the phone based on leads provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer queries about the platform and services offered by the company
Educate the customer on the benefits of working with the company's platform.
Be target driven with an aim to meet targets and be rewarded with incentives
Requirements:
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Candidates who are fluent or can speak some amount of Hindi are desirable. Any other spoken Indian languages will be a huge plus.
Experience in the gaming and trading domain will be an added advantage
Pleasant communication skills
Ability to sell, negotiate and resolve issues
Age: Below 40 years
