Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly, solve customer issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming/outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification (minimum).
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and/or English (Tamil is an advantage).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time / Shift basis (day or night shifts depending on project).
  • Remote or On-site (depending on company policy).

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Entry Operator responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in computer systems and databases. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and update data in company systems and databases.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
  • Prepare and organize source documents for data entry.
  • Review and correct data entry errors before submission.
  • Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks when required.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. O/L qualification (minimum).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good typing speed and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time / Part-time / Remote options available depending on company requirements.
