Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Café Attendant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will manage in-person orders from customers, process online orders through Uber and PickMe, coordinate with fulfillment partners for seamless delivery, and assist with various administrative tasks. This role will also include handling a POS machine for in-store orders, for which training will be provided.

  • Previous experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Experience in a cafe environment and with POS systems is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Basic computer literacy for processing online orders and maintaining records
